SOS™ fosters partnership between Starnet Data and its customers providing the methodology for keeping our customer’s technology investments operating at peak efficiency from both operational standpoint and alignment perspectives.
SOS™ maintains the relevance of our customer’s technology investments by prescribing a delivery model under which supported hardware and software products are configured and operating in alignment with customer business and technical objectives.
By establishing a Starnet Ongoing Service (SOS)™ agreement, customers are provided access to Starnet Data technical resources at rates reduced from our standard Time & Material Service rates. Travel charges are reduced and response is prioritized over customers working without an SOS™ agreement in place.
